With over 17 years of international experience across aviation and tech, I support leaders in navigating complexity, pressure, and transitions, in building the confidence and recognition they need to succeed quickly.

My professional background includes global environments such as Etihad Airways and specialized InsurTech scale-ups like Xempus. In these roles, I navigated a wide variety of strategic topics: organizational design, talent acquisition, post-merger integration, workforce strategy, and team performance.

I have worked closely with management during the 'moments that matter' most: stepping into new roles, leading through change, restructuring teams, and making high-stakes people decisions.

Parallel to coaching, I maintain an active consultancy focused on modernising HR infrastructure and people strategy. Often stepping in as an interim or fractional manager, I ensure my advice remains grounded in the daily reality of building and scaling sustainable organisations.
